Cellulose film

Clear Eco friendly biodegradable packing tape cellulose film as backing material and coated with water-based pressure sensitive adhesive. The cellulose film is made from cotton pulp and wood pulp, processed through special processes such as alkalization, yellowing, and forming. However, it is different from ordinary paper. It is not only flexible but also transparent like glass. Moreover, cellulose film also has the characteristics of static-free and high temperature resistance.

Water-based Adhesive

The eco-friendly water-based pressure-sensitive adhesive is emulsified with butyl acrylate and rosin resin, which can achieve environmental protection and biodegradability.

Manufacturing Procedure of Biodegradable Cellophane Tape

Step 1. Material Treatment

Adopting Cellulose film as basing material with release treatment on the back such as Thermosetting silicon, UV silicon、Solvent free silicon, or Nonsilicon release, etc to achieve Silent Peeling and light Peeling.

Step 2.Adhesive Pressing

Half the finished product will be treated by pressing the face side with an Eco-friendly water-based adhesive and Removing bubbles.

Step 3. Sliting, Packaging, Stocking
